Return Policy

Consumer of Animeet have the right to cancel the product they have ordered within 14 days of the product arriving at the recipient. The cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of the product.

  • Please note that cancellations of paid, collected and delivered orders will only be successful once the product has been delivered to the requested destination. In this case, the recipient can make a refund within 14 days according to the instructions below. 

In order to exercise the right of cancellation, please notify Animeet of the decision to cancel the product or the entire order in an unambiguous manner by email asiakaspalvelu@animeet.fi.

  • The canceled product or products must be returned to Animeet at the address given by the customer service and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or otherwise well packaged.
  • The product must be in resale condition. 
  • Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the returned products.
  • We will refund all payments received for a canceled order (including delivery costs if the entire order is canceled), without delay, no later than 14 working days after receipt of the returned order.
  • We will make a refund using the payment method for which the product has been paid for, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

Product complaint

We invest in a high-quality product range, but sometimes, despite our efforts, there is something remarkable about what we buy from us. 

Animeet are responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. If the product is found to be defective, we have the primary right to correct the defect. Customers should deliver a defective product within a reasonable time. We are responsible for the direct costs of returning the defective products.

Delivery complaint

Upon receipt of the delivery, check the condition and faultlessness of the delivered products and make sure that the delivery included all the ordered products. You should check the shipment (condition of ordered products) immediately upon receipt or no later than 7 days after receipt. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact Animeet's customer service as soon as possible (email: asiakaspalvelu@animeet.fi). Animeet is responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. If a product or delivery is found to be defective, Animeet have the primary right to correct the defect or deliver a defective product within a reasonable time.

You can refuse to accept the product if the damage to the product is clearly visible (eg the packaging of the product is damaged). In these cases, you can fill in the Post's claim form with a Post clerk or contact Animeet's customer service (email: asiakaspalvelu@animeet.fi).

If you have already received the product and find that the product is damaged, please contact our customer service and describe the damage. To facilitate transactions, please take photos of the damaged product and send the photos to asiakaspalvelu@animeet.fi. Please indicate your order number and the details of the damage you have noticed in your e-mail.
